Director DTA

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Training Guru! Lead training sessions for new DTA/DTT/DTS caregiver staff, ensuring they’re well-prepared and confident in all program areas.
  • Ensure Happy, Safe, and Supportive Interactions between staff and individuals served, creating a warm, positive, and friendly atmosphere at all times.
  • Master of Scheduling: Collaborate with the Program Director and managers to maintain proper staff-to-individual ratios and guarantee coverage for every shift.
  • Facility & Safety Inspector: Regularly monitor the DTA environment to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate services to keep our spaces in top shape!
  • Activity Coordinator Extraordinaire: Keep an eye on the daily schedule and activities, making sure crucial routines like mealtime and medication pass are followed smoothly.
  • Financial Steward: Help manage the budget and financial systems with precision to protect both individual and company funds.
  • Transportation Overseer: Organize safe and timely transportation services, including managing a small fleet of vans.
  • Supply Chain Champion: Work with managers to maintain ample supplies, from food to cleaning products, so our programs have everything they need.
  • Leader in Positive Progress: Implement progressive corrective actions when needed and conduct employee evaluations, recommending well-deserved bonuses.
