Arizona Dream Team is an organization that was created to help those whom have developmental disabilities. Our founders launched this organization themselves, and have grown this organization to now have 8 different homes, and a lot of resources, programs and trainings available.

Services We Offer

Day Treatment Programs

Our Day Treatment Programs provide training, supervision and activities for our members to develop skills, build upon their strengths and promote safe socialization. We focus on tailoring daily activities to the individual needs of each participant.

Residential Habilitation

Our group homes habilitate and assist members with daily living skills. We utilize each member’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) to increase their ability to become more independent and achieve their goals. We supervise members as they increase their self-help skills and improve socialization and adaptive skills to live and participate in their community.

DDD Training & Consulting

Our DDD Training & Consulting provides new vendors with the support to successfully open and operate their own DDD habilitation group homes by gaining knowledge and training on the standards set by DDD.

Arizona Dream Team is a licensing service provider who will help individuals become licensed by DDD to provide housing to DDD members in their own homes
