Welcome
Arizona Dream Team is an organization that was created to help those whom have developmental disabilities. Our founders launched this organization in 2017, and have grown this organization to now have several group homes, multiple day treatment programs, attendant care and respite services, and trainings available.
Services We Offer
Residential Habilitation
Our group homes habilitate and assist members with daily living skills. We utilize each member’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) to increase their ability to become more independent and achieve their goals. We supervise members as they increase their self-help skills and improve socialization and adaptive skills to live and participate in their community.
