Position: DTA Van Driver

Location: Phoenix

Company: Arizona Dream Team

Hours: Split position 6 am to 10 am break for four hours, then 2 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday: This person will be transporting in a bus with four wheelchairs accessible and 12 passengers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Arizona Drivers License with good record
• Valid Arizona Finger Print Clearance card
• Clean Driving Record: Safety is our priority; we need drivers who share that commitment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: A friendly and patient demeanor is a must.
• Experience Working with People with Disabilities: Preferred but not required. We’ll provide the necessary training to the right candidate.
• Passion for Helping Others: A positive attitude and a big heart are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to and from various destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure passengers feel comfortable and respected.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
