Can provide a child or adult with a clean bed and sufficient bedroom space
Have sufficient income to meet the needs of your family

How to get started?
You will need to complete:
- An Initial Application
- Criminal Disclosure (for everyone over 18 living in the home)
- Home Study
- Health self-disclosure and physician disclosure
There is a minimum of 18 hours of required training prior to receiving licensure, such as: Article 9, CPR & First Aid, Recognizing Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation, Foundation of DDD, Intro to the 4 D's, Teaching & Skill Building, Medication Safety, Incident Reporting, Confidentiality & HIPPA, Choking Prevention Awareness, Principles of Positive Behavior Support, Client Funds Provider Training, Cultural Competency, Documentation & Progress Reporting Requirements & Vendor Policies, Review Article 10 & 11, Review of the Child or Adult Developmental Home Subcontract, Supporting Positive Relationships with Family Members, School or Day Programs and Professional Communication.
Please Note: A large amount of our enrollment process is based on the applicant and can take anywhere from 3-6 months. This is due to completing: fingerprint clearance card, completing training, permitting OLCR inspections of your home, and participating in interviews and assessments for home studies. Once these items are completed, our agency will submit your application and home study to the OLCR.
It may seem like a lot, but we walk you through every step of the way and will be right beside you to help support.
